For over 20 years, she has worked in People Management, Organizational Culture, and Leadership Development. Her opportunity to work both in the for-profit and nonprofit arenas offer her clients a wide range of experiences to draw from. Laura has extensive experience working with organizations to identify and shape a culture that is inclusive, intentional and brings meaning to all stakeholders. Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources from Fresno State.
