Meet Laura
Laura Martina is a Certified Executive Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation. For over 20 years, she has worked in People Management, Organizational Culture, and Leadership Development. Her opportunity to work both in the for-profit and nonprofit arenas offer her clients a wide range of experiences to draw from.
Laura has extensive experience working with organizations to identify and shape a culture that is inclusive, intentional and brings meaning to all stakeholders. Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources from Fresno State.

Meet Tiffaney
Tiffaney McClendon is a leadership professional with more than 30 years of experience guiding others to realize their potential as leaders. Her diverse background across various professions as well as her lived experience as a woman of color have helped her develop a responsive and inclusive approach to leadership. She has dedicated the last five years to creating unique training experiences and content that help current and aspiring leaders discover and enhance their leadership knowledge and skills.
Tiffaney believes crucial elements of great leadership include humility, accountability, inclusivity, emotional intelligence, effective communication, proper training, and a willingness to continue learning and growing.

Rachel partners with leaders to strengthen performance, navigate change, and build high-impact teams.
Through her work with senior leaders and organizations, Rachel helps align people strategy with business goals, enhance organizational effectiveness, and drive sustainable change. Her approach integrates executive coaching, strategic advising, and leadership development to translate vision into action.
Rachel is known for a practical, people-centered approach, supporting leaders in addressing complex challenges, strengthening team performance, and building cultures that enable both results and engagement.
